Hi Anne - Enlargening an existing picture will NEVER improve results. If this is the only pic you have on your PC and you cannot re-scan the original as advised I am afraid we are limited in what can be achieved sorry

This is far to small to work with really. If you are able to re-scan it try and obtain a scan setting of at least 300dpi.
