Many Thanks for the comments and interest.I will try to put larger photos on but they may still be hard to read as the photos are old.The photographer is SD Kruger139 Park Rd Liverpool. I had seen the Patrick Marlow a soldier at Kirkdale in 1881,thats why I thought the photos were taken 1880s.They were in my grandmothers home. Her maiden name was Marlow and she died 1937 before I was born. She  had a brother called Patrick born Aughnacloy Co Tyrone 1860.Aughnacloy was  a garrison town and many joined the army as there was little other work.I am interested in the other Patrick living with his mother. Was that the 1881 census also?Any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone recognise Philip Henderson and Mary Grimes/Gormley/Graham.They married in Aghaloo Catholic Parish 8/1/1849.First two children Thomas and Francis baptised there 1849 and 1852.Francis traced to Australia but no trace of Thomas, some family stories suggest he went to Australia too.any help would be appreciated.

Knocknaginney is in the parish of Aghaloo. My relatives come from there ,my greatgrandmother was Mary Grimes, sometimes shown as Gormley(this is from the Irish O Gairmleadhaigh)Sorry no connection that I know of with McGrann but I think I saw the name in the Catholic Parish records at PRONI Belfast. All I could ever find was a marriage and two baptisms.
