hi josephine,thats a thought,I like it,I'm going to have a look.There was a Henry Carson in the Lovells,1843-44 Salaberry,states he was a labourer.It's logical is'nt if no one knows him in montreal,then it's because they moved.It makes a lot of sense what you say.Thanks so much for all the leg work.Oh by the way,Henry's father was a gent according to Henry's marriage certificate.What would that mean in Canada?regards.Geraldine.

Yes I can Understand all the place names like wood,field,meadows,but what about the chess pieces,what about castle, chapel, house, church.why birds,bunting, rook, swift, eagles,is there any more odd  ones.g
