??? This is new, to me. Never seen one of these before. Can't read it. Don't know what it means.

Maybe, once the writing people have done their thing, I could move the shots to where ever people know about work houses? What ever .....

Here's the top of the sheet. To show ye what the columns are:

This is the lower part. Man I'm interested in is PRINCE. Stone mason. Just wondering what diet he's on. And who put him in there.

Many thanks for any insights  :)

Is this what you were wanting Steve?

:o Not at all, as that deals with the First WW. But, dear god! What a shocking eye opener!

Nice one, Tuggist!

@ Steve,
if you do get hold of the book, please could you tell us the author and title .....

Book itself's long since gone, Bob. Bloke I gave it to hasn't been on the WW2 forum since 2012 either, so no asking him the details  :(

I did however, having just searched like a nutter on google, find the book!  ;D

All a tad academic now though, being as how we should be getting the Gypsy list from Reading. That book, remember, just lists the politoico's.

Just heard back. To paraphrase BD; He reckons 'The Gestapo' (As we'd know them) would each compile their own lists, as they gleaned snippets of info', over a nice cup of tea, from POW's and such.

I'd guess these personal 'Little Black Books' must have then been pooled?

Ding!!! # 2!  Bob reckons his copy must now be with Reading? Okay; I'll get onto Reading and ask them if they could get me a copy!  :D

They do this. They'll photo copy paper and post it out. Cost price too. Not like the NA!  :o

Scary as all hell, isn't it? Wouldn't be a lot of action on this board now, would there? Be like a plague of Wide Mouthed Frogs.

Steve, sorry I can't help more.
Do you know if this other list had an official name (german or english) ?

No idea, Bob  :( It was in the back of a book listing ~ as I recall? ~ concentration camps. Can't even remember what it said about them, now. And, I gave the book to someone on a WW2 forum I'm no longer a member of.

Quite bugging. I probably bought the book on the strength of hearing it held The List. Was gutted, as I was sure it would have had Gypsy's on it. All I got was Winston Churchill.

Now, BD's told me there is a list I'd be interested in and I wouldn't know where to start looking.

Ding! I'll get back to BD and ask him if He remembers the name of it!  8)

Pretty sure what it says. Just like some more opinion, please.

Thanks  ;)
