If this Ann Spatchurst is the lady who married William Balcome I can give you more information about the family from the index to the church registers of St John the Baptist, West Wickham.
John & Elizabeth had 6 children baptised in West Wickham:
George, bap 29 Dec 1748
Ann, bap 2 Aug 1751
John, Elizabeth (twins) bap 9 Feb, bur 16 Feb 1754/5
Elizabeth, 30 May 1759
William, b 8 Mar, bap 3 Apr 1763.
There are records that George was buried 7 Apr 1798, John was buried 13 Apr 1792, Elizabeth (mother/daughter?) was buried 25 Feb 1783.
John was in turn the son of William & Ann Spatchurst & they had 4 children baptised in West Wickham:
Ann, bap 15 Apr 1718, bur 13 Mar 1723
William, bap 20 Mar 1719/20
John, bap 30 Sep 1722
Martin, bap 11 Feb, bur 14 Feb 1724/5
Ann (wife of William) was buried 18 Feb 1724/5. William (the son?) was buried 17 Jul 1782.
It does seem quite possible that this is your Ann who became wife of William Balcomb who lived in West Wickham. It would seem natural to settle in the village in which she grew up & the Christian names seem to be passed down the family, although that may be coincidence.
