Wooburn is a village in South Buckinghamshire and shouldn't be confused with Woburn, Bedfordshire.

Her sister Sophia Green marries twice in Bedfordshire (Keysoe, 1852, to William Snell and Bedford St Cuthbert, 1867, to Brooks French). On both occasions she gives her father as William Green, shepherd.

Marsella Read, daughter of Michael Read and Mary Heley, baptized at Hockliffe 20th Sep 1778. Her sister Mary Ann, who married William Rudd at Cardington, was my ancestor. Another sister, Rebecca, married Edward Read, fortuitously preserving her surname, and left a will tying bits of the family together, otherwise I'd never have traced Mary Ann Read.
Marsella is more properly spelled Marcella, named after Michael Read's grandmother.

Asylum records are embargoed for 100 years (I think), so, even if the records exist, you may not be able to consult them.

I'm very sorry, but I had to edit my list quite severely to make it readable. Somehow I must have lost the entry for Richard, as, checking back, there were 23 of them. Sorry again. :-[

Bedford Union Workhouse had a lot of late registrations in that period. Perhaps Huntingdon was the same?
