Joy, The hard drive directory opens because the Photoshop Actions are stored in Adobe Photoshop/Presets/Photoshop Action. You should see in the list of actions Frames.atn. Just select the Action you want to load from the list and hit the load button.

 I'm not sure wether you have your Actions docked in the Palette Well or not so here are both ways of getting to the Load action menu.

You can use the ruler Tool in conjunction with the rotate menu.

Select the ruler tool, which is under the eyedropper tool. The drag your ruler along a line you think should be straight, the horizon or a door jam etc. Then you can go to the image / Rotate / Arbitrary…  and click OK
