I have been going to the Local Record Office and have found the Eglen surname a lot in Beetley. My husband is from Dereham so he knows the surrounding villages quite well. Next time I go the record office I might look in the Reymerston Area.

I have just started tracing my husbands Norfolk Family Tree and the main surname at the moment is EGLEN from the Beetely and surrounding areas as well as Reymerston. :)

Yes I am trying to find Ellen in 1871, but have had no luck so far on any other cencus.  The only info I have managed to find was from the BMD site. I am a bit stuck on were to look next.

Can anyone help, I am trying to trace a marriage of Louisa Spreag (Born 1861 approx) Married Dec 1884 Cheltenham to either Henry Millichamp Edwards or Joseph Finch both Cheltenham.

Can anyone help trace a marriage in the 1871 cencus, I am looking for an ellen spreag (Dec 1869 Chpping Norton) married either George Kerry - Chipping Norton or Ezekiel Thomas Pearce - Banbury.
I have got a bit stuck with this.
