Hi Grant
Thankyou so much for your help, it's nice to know there are still some kind people around!
I've been struggling to piece together our family history as I live quite a distance from the North East now and therefore I'm unable to visit the records office etc. The fact that my grandad, together with his siblings were orphaned as young children (my grandad was a baby), means that we have very little information to go on in the first instance. We still aren't certain as to what happened to the children after their parents death, where and who they lived with. Alll I know is that my grandad's two sisters were sent to New Zealand, and he never saw them again.
The only information I have relating to the death of William Potts is that it was registered 1915 Q3. Pringle Harbottles death was registered in 1928 Q2 and Margaret Harbottle 1926 Q2. All I suspect were living in the Walker area at this time.
I wonder if you would be so kind as to check out a few more death notices for me, feel free to say no if you are unble to.
I will list them in the hope that someone will get the chance to have a look.
