Herts Completed Lookup Requests / Essondon Marriage Lookup - LAWMAN/ELLIS

John  LAWMAN married Elizabeth ELLIS in Essendon on 23 Nov 1828.  I am trying to identify which John Lawman this was and his status ie bachelor or widower would be a great help as would any other info given on the marriage record for the bride or groom, ages etc plus witness info.
If anyone has time to do this lookup I would be very grateful.

Many many thanks for doing this look up, it does confirm that's its the same edward byatt as he was a widow for the 2nd marriage.  Also some of the witness names do come up elsewhere in this family search and so may confirm some relationships.

Herts Completed Lookup Requests / BYATT in Throcking or Sandon

Edward Byatt married  1st in Throcking 22 oct 1803 to sarah head
then a 2nd marriage in Sandon 14 nov 1812 to mary hollinsworth.
Either of these records might give more information on Edward Byatt to help me get back a bit further on this line.  Is his fathers name recorded, his age, where he was from or maybe witness names might help.

many thanks christine

I am trying to find out where Edward Byatt came from.
First mention of him is
22 oct 1803 in Throcking with a marriage to Sarah Head
then
14 nov 1812 in Sandon with a marriage to Mary Hollingsworth, he lived and brought up his family with mary in sandon but 1841 census just states born herts and he died before the 1851 census

information on either of his marriages might give fathers name or other vital info to help place him.
many thanks

Benzol

My main searching is on the Byatt line as my son in law is a Byatt.  But of course so many other names come up and John Skipp and his first wife Hester Barnes had a daughter Mary who married George Hills - Hills is another name that keeps coming up.  Anyway George Hills and Mary Skipp had a daughter Sarah Hills who married William Byatt who was a brother of Alfred Byatt  who married Elizabeth Skipp.  As to incestuos relationships I have found that many of the marriages would have been between cousins and have found one that is 1st cousins marrying.   Re Catherine Barnes the 2nd wife of John Skipp, have I got this right - her father was James Barnes and grandparents William Barnes and  Elizabeth Ward - who was her mother.  I have Henry Edward Barnes parents as Thomas and Elizabeth and if this is correct then I would love to have the grandparent info so that I can tie him back to William Barnes.
I am happy to share any info that I have albeit I havn't had time to check all the info yet but it might be easier to email direct my add is
