Clare / how to contact Clooney parish

Anyone have an address and/or suggestions on how I contact Clooney parish to request records from the late 1800's?

Info I have on my g-grandfather:
the lds website shows a james quigley born in the parish of clooney near ennis in co clare in 1869 to an andrew q and his wife eliza mcnamara.

I just received a death cert. of my g-grandpa: James J Quigley, b. Oct 29, 1871, and was able to confirm his parents' names.

Can you please tell me how to contact Clooney parish to try and obtain certificates or information they have? Or, do you have any other guidance?

This is info I was given from a Clare look-up list:
Andrew Quigley m. Eliza Macnamara on 29 jan 1861 in Clooney RC Parish,
Co.Clare.
Children were: Martin 09 Nov 1861, Michael 01 Oct 1864, Patrick 04 Sep 1866 and James 03 Oct 1869.

The parents match those listed on the death cert for James, but his birth date is 2 yrs off. I feel this is most likely a match.

On March 3rd I celebrate my 41st birthday...another year older.

I'm thrilled to say I'm living out my dream by earning my Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree. It's not easy, and sometimes it seems I may be close to retirement before I'm done.

My first name is CHristy, I'm from CHICAgo, and I've used "Chica" to address my sis-in-law when sending emails-no special reason. Lengthening it to Chicabee just sort of happened, too...gives it a little more flare. The full-lenght version is

Likely living in Co. Clare. Andrew & Elizabeth Quigley, only child-James J., born ca. 1860. Roman Catholic religion. Andrew died shortly after James' birth. Mom and son left for USA sometime after Andrew's death.

Requesting info on the marriage, birth of James J., or death of Andrew. Is this too little information? I'm waiting for a US death cert. query on James-months away. I don't know what else to do. Please help. $:-\$

I don't know much about census information for Ireland-were they taken, if so, what years they were taken, do you need to know the parish?

I'm interested in a look-up for Andrew and Elizabeth Quigley (son James J born ca. 1860). It's believed that they lived in County Clare. Any help is much appreciated.

Searching family history-Family origin might be County Clare. James J Quigley, b. ca. 1860. Mother-possibly Elizabeth, Father-name ?, deceased in Ireland. Mother and son headed for America (final dest. Chicago, IL). That's all I know for now.
