Thank you so much JM, I will purchase a younger siblings birth record,
With Archibald using Jack /John taken from his surname would make sence, I never looked at it like that thank you. I will follow up all the new ways to look for Charles and Archibald.
Once again you have been wonderful JM.
regards

Hi JM,
I am only hoping to find the death of Charles Johnstone and His Son Archibald birth
,I am very grateful for the work on seleena and her children although my main request for help was for Charles and Archibald.
I have spent a lot of times in the Broken Hill Archives where I help others find there family,
I also spent years helping Maryann Warner of OZ Ships rewrite the 1910 ship list and get them onto the digital format. I have purchased the BDM records that I can find on Marian and Archibald, I cannot find any on Charles
This is why I turned to Rootschats for a new set of eyes to see if I had missed any thing, I have searched the BDM, ship lists and trove, And you all have found that little extra. I know your time is very valuable so if its ok with you all I'm happy just to keep the research with Charles and Marian / Mary Ann, and Archibalds family Once again a big thank you to you all for helping, So hoping to find these three people.
Regard

Hi Melin Not sure on those names, I havnt came across those.
Have you seen the Barrier Miner dated 12 October 1892 - Circuit Court ? This was the only year (1892) that I could find both Marian and Charles Johnstone together, I cannot find nothing on Charles after this date, At least I know he was living up to October 1892.

Hi Wivenhoe
Seleena May / May Seleena Johnstone is the same person, the family always said her name was Seleena, and called her May,
but after reading all your post I have learnt that family are not always correct.
I will go with you and your search and say it would be May Seleena Johnstone.
On a photo that I have of her and her daughter Grace Collins her name is wrote Seleena May on the back of the photo.
