Morgan, thank you for your message, info and help.
We seem to be talking about the same individual, parentage and siblings. However, we have Elizabeth marrying Frederick Luke Lloyd in 1902 in Portsmouth. The 1911 Census sees the family (Frederick, Elizabeth and children Gordon, Eveline and Frederick John) still in Portsmouth.
As regards the Emsworth link having contacted Havant Council, Havant Library, Portsmouth Council and finally the British Library today it seems that Electoral Registers for the period 1932/33 to 1939/40 for Emsworth Hants are irretrievable so as a (current) last resort we are hoping that Emsworth Museum can help when they reopen in April. You never know your luck!
Thanks once more and regards.
Karen
