As his elder brother was illegitimate (his father wasn't in the same country as his mother at the time of conception) and he (Edward) murdered the second eldest brother the fate of the two sons of Edward seems a bit irrelevant. Richard was only king for two years and did little for the country apart from make war - but that seems to have been a suitable past time for kings at the time, I little care where his remains lie. He was succeeded by one of England's best kings - Henry 7. George Osborne could do with a few fiscal lessons from old Henry. We wouldn't be in the economic mess we are now in.
