Argyllshire / Charles McArthur & Mary Campbell, parents?

Looking for help on parents or birthdates of Charles McArthur and Mary Campbell.
Charles and Mary were married in Kilcalmonell and Kilberry, Argyll in 1808; they both resided in Dunmore. I have their 8 kids (my paternal line is from James (1819)).
However, I cannot figure out how to get Charles or Mary's birth info. There are 8 Mary's listed in Kilcalmonell with birthdates 1770-1796 (I figured earliest Mary could be for marriage was 12). There is only 1 Charles in Kilcalmonell during this same time period - but he was born 1807 - not the one I am looking for. If I increase the search to all of Argyllshire, there are 11 matches [from FamilySearch searches].
Ancestry trees have Charles parents as Duncan and Elfie McLean; but there are no records for this - it appears to be just conjecture. Same with Mary - shows Alex Campbell and Janet Ross, but no source info - I think just Ancestral Family Trees that have been copied from one to another.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Need a bit more help on this. I'm pretty sure the parents of Jane are John Braidwood and Jane Drew. i've found a number of posts stating these are the parents; but with no sources for citation.
I've searched on FamilySearch and ScotlandsPeople but cannot find any birth records for Jane or any other children for these two.
Any sources would be appreciated.

As to Gail Wittich - we've been working on this item for a long time and neither she nor I can definitively state whether James was married to both women, or just one of them.

I was able to find John, 17 May 1867, born in Tanderagee District, Armagh, Ireland, with the parents names showing John Austen (once again).
