According to your tree on FamilySearch he was born on 18 July 1870 in Nysund - Oskar Fredrik Johansson. There is no Fredrik Oscar Andersson born that year in Nysund:

He changed his name to Anderson later on. In Sweden the surnames followed the patronymic system back then.
