Hi,

My 2x Great nan was Jemima Emily Stanborough, her sister was Alice Stanborough. Their mum was Eliza Stanborough (B. 1868). Emily and Alice were born in Windsor, Berkshire in the late 1800's. Eliza's sister was Emily Stanborough (b.1864, Windsor). I have their father as Frederick Stanborough, born in Iver, Buckinghamshire

Europe / Re: Immigration to England from Germany - F. Prinz

Hi.

Frederick Prinz born 1837 is my 2x great grandfather. I have so far gone back to my 7x great grandfather Johann H Prinz, born 1667. The family seemed to stay in one place in Germany, Grumbach until a member moved over here to England, I seem to having trouble finding the exact time they moved here. I was always told that they were journeymen and this seemed to be the case for a while as Bakers.

Perhaps we maybe able to help each other out through research.

Hi,

I can see that you are interested in the Sibley family who lived in Bexley Street, Windsor. I'm related to them through Walter Sibley. He was my 2x grandfather. If I can help in anyway, please let me know.

Many thanks

Hi. Walter doesn't have a middle name on his certificates. I also have a complete list all of his family. Walter died in the late 1920's before he was able to see his children get married. His family moved to Maidenhead where they have mostly stayed. His wife died in 1947 on the day my nan got married - boxing day.
