The RC parish records for Drummaul (including Randalstown) only start in 1825, so if Michael McCrory and wife Margaret were baptised there before that, there are no records to search.

On 16.9.22 Heywood posted about the 21.10.1836 between Michael McRory and Margaret McNight. He lived at Ballymacilroy and she at Lisnagreggan. One of the witnesses was Ally McNight. I can see Minnett (etc)  being a version of McNight, especially if you put the emphasis on the first syllable, as is the custom here. So I think that might be your couple.

I have a copy of “Sweet Drummaul” by Patrick O’Kane (publ. 1991) which is a history of the RC parish. It lists most of the adult parishioners in 1848. The name McCrory (spelling varies) is quite common. In Drummaul townland there was a Hugh McCrorey; in Magheralane John McCrory, widow McCrory, a 2nd widow McCrory; in Ballygrooby a Hugh McCrory; Sharvogues, Magherabeg, Farlough & Ballylurgan were all recorded together. There was a John McCrory  and  Felix McCrory in them.

There was a Daniel McNight in Creggan. (Only McNight in the parish).

John McCrory of Farlough was appointed to the Chapel Committee in 1848 (Indicating he was of some standing in the parish). They were raising money to build a tower for the church, hence all the names and activity.

So there was no Michael McCrory listed in 1848, but two widow McCrorys in Magheralane which is on the road out of Randalstown to Ballymena. So, if Drummaul parish is where he lived, perhaps Michael was dead by 1848?

The graveyard that is attached to Drummaul chapel today dates from 1848 when Lord O’Neill the local landowner donated the land.  Prior to that Catholics used Milltown, Shane’s Castle graveyard, Cranfield and Drummaul Old graveyards.

There are alot of Hugh McCrorys from the north of Ireland .I read a book about  Glen McCrory the  former world champion boxer .His great granda was Hugh McCrory and from county tyrone .My great granda was Hugh McCrorey as well and a boxer .McCrorey spelling  changed when we came to Scotland the e .

All I can think of if he had somthing wrong could it be to do with mental yrs or something .
