Sounds like this was a marriage before she married Charles. The time frame would be right.

Hi,
I dont have info on Theodore. But I do have a Matilda Peterson that had Parents Charles Albert Peterson and Mary Wilson Mattin (not sure now if it is Mattin or Mallin)
Matilda was my husbands Grandfathers second wife. and was born in 1891 in Glanville Dist, Adelaide, SA

Do you happen to have any info going further back on that line?

For James Moran, Father of James Christopher Charles Moran Sr. Is there anyway to find out more on him? his age? place/country of birth etc? a wife?. .... You said you dont have census? Was there another system in place to keep track of households?
