As a twin. One of four sets born of my parents.
I have many Copies of birth certs.
And every one is an independent issue for an individual.

This is illustrated by entries on BMD with consecutive
numbering of register entries.This could be a way of making
your checks.

Sorry for any missunderstanding.
Not too sure of actual occasion but person/s
were having problems with access so I tried it
and was successful instantly and passed on info
so that it was proven that site was up and running.
