I think maybe i should apply for the birth cert you have given me details for, why do you think that on my grt grans cert his name is Frederick and on the marriage cert its Frederick yet on all the census its Edward/Edwin ?

Hello,
Can anyone please help me with a brick wall.
My grt grt grt grandad is Frederick Stainwright, who i cannot find any info on before he was married.
My grt grt gran is Hannah Stainwright born 1866 in Ripley, on her birth certificate his name is Frederick Stainwright.
I have just received his marriage certificate to Hannah Green in 1866 in Alfreton, Belper, Derby, his name on that is Frederick Stainwright, 22 yrs, boiler maker, living in Ripley, His father George Stainwright who is a labourer.
On the census after he married he appears as Edward Stainwright from different places in Derbyshire, can anyone find anything on Frederick (edward) Stainwright or a George Stainwright.

Elijah Glen married Martha Garrick 1878, Martha maiden name is Large. Martha and Abraham Garrick were my grt grt grandparents.

Hello everyone,
I am having another bash at progressing my family tree, on my fathers side i have been able to get back to a William Butterell 1833 Maltby he married July 1858 Sheffield, on the marraige Cert is says father Francis Butterell who was a Tailor. I have never been able to find a Francis Butterell in Maltby or any areas.There is a Francis Turner who was a Tailor who married a Mary Butterell very confusing. Anyway he married a Emma Jenkinson 1830 Kilamarsh Derby.
Can anyone help with any info on this family please, i have children and death etc. Its just nothing before the marriage

I have got a line in my family to - Charles Booth abt 1811 Staffs - he married March 1835 Skoke Upon Trent to a - Elizabeth Brayford 1814 Wolstanton. Does anyone have any info on this family please, i have children for this couple. Its just nothing before the marriage.

Hello,
I have not been able to progress with a branch of my tree for a long time, so thought i would have another go. I have been able to get back to a Robert Barnett abt 1814 Heckington, Lincs. He married 29 May 1834 Surfleet to a Charlotte Cramp abt 1809 Pinchbeck.Thats as far back as i have been able to go, i have got names of their children. I have Roberts death as 1872 Spalding and Charlottes as 1866 Spalding, can anyone help me progress to siblings or parents of this family.
