Hi ,
Just wanted to ask , my husband is asking me to get him a DNA kit through Ancestry, ( although i'm a member he is not ) would he have to join and set up his tree to get results...I have had my DNA done last year but cannot remember if i got results through post or was it through the DNA website itself ,or through here .

I can understand the ordering part (I'll pay for it & put his name for delivery )

Is Bendochy near Scone ? or Coupar Angus? and what about Kettins to please ?
this would be for 1700's and in the 1800's

Yippee ! results arrived .
I take it parent 1 must be my mother, & parent 2 is my father , (as there is no Welsh that i know of on mothers side .
just wondering Thru lines , can you only connect your DNA to one tree?

or can you add other direct family line trees too

Could someone please help me by looking up Dundee's own 4th Black Watch the 1914 / 15 star .
i was looking up for William Durward 18 Nelson Street service number 42394 M.G.C
in browser and this came up belonging Facebook. BUT

I am not on Facebook so can't see it .
It's just to see what it said about him

i was looking forward to rejoining Ancestry ...but when i clicked on worldwide (for 1 month),it just comes up with a thing saying what you get for it , where's the part gone that you pay for it ??
Has this happened to anyone else

Can anyone tell me please inside the collection bag there is a white thing ......looks like 3 strips of paper ?? does anyone know what it is and what it's for please ?
