Hi I have attached my grandads medal card, he is the third one down william screeton MGC reg number 33577. I will copy the photo and post that as soon as. thanks for this .

This is my first time......
Does anyone have any tips on how i can find more information on my great grandfather, he served in ww1 i have found his medal roll on national archives, but turned nothing up on pensions through ancestry, he lost his leg in the war but i am interested in finding out where he was posted, I have an old photo of him with the then prince of wales i am asuming he is recieving a medal, my nan died a long time ago and there is no other family to ask. any tips would be much appreciated.
