Any idea what the numbers are that  follow each
 ( Crew ? ) name ?.

Richard Bush was a CORK Cutter,

I will keep fingers crossed for a 1841  Look up for  BUSH ? BATTERBEE  in Humber St

Thanks again Ginger

Census Lookup and Resource Requests / Bush, Batterbee, ( Battersbee ) HULL
« on: Saturday 11 December 04 21:55 GMT (UK)  »
Hi everyone, As this is my first posting, I hope I am in the right place at the right time.

Recently my brickwall of many years started to crumble When I think I found my G.Granparant  born in London.  A couple of years later in 1840 The Mother  SARAH  BUSH  nee  BATTERBEE  gave Birth to George  at  Humber St  HULL.  That made three children Richard, Charlotte and George I am assuming  Their father also Richard was with them.

Before 1851 the family are back in London.  I would love to know why they were in Hull, Was it visiting  Relations Battersbee's or Bush  in Humber St .  Or perhaps work.  If any kind person finds them on the Hull 1841 Census I would be very greatfull.
Thanks Ginger
