« on: Monday 20 May 19 14:16 BST (UK)  »
Looking for any descendants of William or Jessie Mackintosh, William on the 1930 valuation roll, living at Gilnockie, Biggar.  A lady in New Zealand who is now 87 years has family photo and letters inherited from her mother who was a cousin,  showing a Corporal Ian Donald Cameron Mackintosh in his kilt of the London Scottish brigade. Ian D. C. Mackintosh went to Biggar school and had a leaving certificate in 1911, giving details of his birth on 3rd November 1895. However no census, birth, marriage or death certs for this family in Biggar. Any help appreciated.
