Glamorganshire / 12 Crichton Street Cardiff

Hi all, Does anyone know what 12 Crighton Street was in 1883. Was it a private house, work house, lodgings boarding house etc. It might close up a link in my family tree.
thanks Andrea

Well it seems as thoght I have been on a wild goose chase but thanks to a marriage cert i could now be on the right road but I am stuck again. I'll expalin:My great grandfather Charles Abraham Bureau was born in 1859 and married in 1883 to Margaret Griffiths. I now know that his father is not another Charles A Bureau  because of his marriage cert but he was called Jeremiah Bureau ( a mariner ). Charles (a lightship man of 12 crichton st cardiff)married Margaret in 1883 but on the marriage cert their address was the same as each other which leads me to believe they were living at the same address.
Can anyone shed any light on what a light ship man was and where I can go to find details on Jeremiah
