Hi,
Thank you very much for your input, I believe the couple in the photo to be my maternal grandparents , neither of whom I ever knew. They were married in York Register Office in 1904. Sadly my grandmother passed away only 12 years later, the death Certificate not being particularly helpful, just stating "natural causes".
You wouldn't like to hazard a guess as to their ages in the photo would you?

Kinc regards and thanks again for your help

If the couple are who I think they are they married in 1904.

Be obliged if someone can hazard a guess as to when this photo was taken.

Thanks for your input, I dont have Alfred Harry's birth certificate but on the 1861 Census taken 7 April he was said to be 8 months old do must have been baptised very soon after his birth.
On the other hand the couple had 6 siblings baptised together ranging from 8 years to less than a year old so who knows the true reasons.

Thank you very much, these are exactly the ancestors I have been looking for, what a result.
Wonder why Alfred Harry was baptised twice though as he was baptised at St. Mary, Banbury, 1 Sep 1860.
Once again thank you and thanks to everyone who has responded.

Thanks again for your reply, again I have that on my records, doubt that she could be child of one of William and Mary's daughters, Harriet was eldest daughter she would only have been 5 when Ellen was born, cant explain the Aston birth as all the others are in Banbury, it's the baptisms I am looking for.
