All you need do is click the Uninstall option. Then reboot and Windows will reinstall for you.

You don't 'Send' anything. Click on the camera button to attach a photo or video. You then get a window that pops up where you can choose your photo. Select your photo and then click on the ok button and it will then upload your image.

You can get Top Ups from most supermarkets. Just ask at the checkout for a Top Up for whichever provider you use.

Thank you all for your replies. As I said before I am not technically very with it. Could I just confirm that the card readers will read regardless of the equipment used to originate the video? My tv has USB ports would I therefore be able to play it through the TV?

Without trying it, I don't know. You will be better of transferring the footage over to your computer. You can then transfer footage onto a memory stick which should then be playable on your TV.

All you need is a card reader, and these can be connected straight to a USB port. These usually have various options for the choice of card. You can then read it like a USB stick and transfer the file over to your computer.
