We do have his name as her mother was married and separated from her Husband and was cohabiting with her father.
Very confusing and complicated I have a copy of a letter from the court requesting his presence at the hearing and a hand written letter from him confirming his attendance. As far as we can make out my mothers biological mother had to prove that her estranged husband was not the father and her 'partner' was.
It is very bizarre as there where two children born of this relationship - 1 stayed with their mother and was given her married name and one adopted
