Hi
I don't think I have come across a Thomas Perry from Kiltegan or anywhere else - what years are we talking about and what religon, William is Fredericks father and Fred approx born 1850's so William maybe 1830's or earlier. Fred was 67 when his last child was born!

where was the history fair and where can u get papers for forde estate anthony perry married eliza forde d/o andrew forde - i persume you have read the book about the evictions of coolgreany

if i can find the name of the book i will post it it is in the archives you have to ring and make an appointment they wont let you take out the book but you can photocopy pages - if i come across the name i will take note of where and let u know - yes it really is interesting and i met a cousin whose great grandfather was mine too - brillant

yeh I think I am have found since that anthony perry had 3 sons andrew, francis and anthony, we think we are related through francis he became a barrister so I have to look into that - yeh there are a load of books regarding 1798 - there is one on Coolgreany in the archives in wexford library in ardcaven

Thanks everyone for your replies. I am also trying to see if there is a link between Anthony Perry of 1798 and my William Perry. Anthony Perry United Irishman had built Perrymount in Inch, Co Wexford, had married Eliza Forde ( d/o Andrew Forde)of  Ballyfad and had 3 children A Perry was C of I. Perrymount was sold not long afterwards I believe. I don't know where they went to.

hi looking for info on a William Perry from Ballymaghroe, Co Wicklow b approx 1835- he had at least one son Frederick Perry and possibly more
