Hello Sue, while you were typing your reply i was looking deeper and the information you just stated is correct.

He we adopted by a family in Zeehan with that surname (BOSKE) and have just found out that is the surname on his death certificate, so is it possible to get the location information or a photo sent. As previously stated we were down there over the week-end with no luck, now we know why.

Percy Larkin was born in Longford Tasmania, (i can confirm) through the births, death and marriages i have on disc. He is list as being born on 3.8.1889 to Caroline Larkin father unknown. We suspect that the father was the person that Caroline was working for. Caroline later married a man by the name of Bye, but Percy was never,(to our knowledge) adopted by this person, but may have been buried under that surname
