Hi
Alice was born in 1877, daughter of Absolem Juniper (Brickyard Labourer b c1856 Braintree) and Jane ? b c1859 a Silk Winder also born Braintree. In 1881 the family were at Rose Hill, Braintree with daughters Alice 4 and Amelia 1 both born in Braintree.
In 1871 Absolem is 15 and living at Church Street, Bocking with parents John Juniper (b c 1827 Bocking an Agricultural Stockman) and mother Mary Ann ? (b c 1827 from Cressing a crape (sic) winder). With them are Absolem, Amelia bc1859, Albert bc1861, Frederick bc 1863, Arthur bc 1865, & Frank bc1868
In 1861 Absolem is with his parents in Bocking with sister Amelia but also a 1 year old sister Mary Ann, who wasnt in the 1871 census.
There are a couple of lines of Junipers, two distinct ones in Essex that Ive been trying to get back ar enough to match for 20 years. Unfortunately, this line isnt mine so this is all the info I have at the mo.
My new email address is (*) if you need any further help
Happy New Year
