Hello

I have tried for a while to find the railway record of my great grand father.  I have tried Ancestry which has quite a large amount and the National Archives though that was some time ago and I may need to go again.

My ancestor worked at Bromley North & South (Kent), Shortlands & other nearby stations just prior to The Great War and after The Great War up until the early 1950's.

I am unsure what railway company he worked but probably SR.

Can anyone advise me on the best way to go?

Many thanks

Thank you for informing me of that as I have not read all the rules.

No they passed away some time ago but just happened to stumble across the mention of Larch Road via a search in Google Uk.

Many thanks

Hello

On one of my relatives death certificate gives her address as 45 Larch Road circa 1941 her name was Evelyn Hicks/Dukes/Paynter.  I also have relatives living at 51 Carmila Road and 49 Scholars Road during the 1970's they being Eliz and Robert Sharp.

Do these names ring any bells?

Many thanks.
