Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Re: Valentines Card age?

I'll take a gamble guess, that the card is likely late 1940's of 1950's.  The hat style is kind of a give away, for those years.

Can you help me, Berlin-Bob? -- My User Name, was Patspast. I changed it in my account to "PeJaye" to use on the Chat site. -- because of too many "Pat's" on the chat site.

When I went on to the Chat site, "Patspast" is still on there. Help me please, to change it? ---- thanks ---- Pat

Offaly (Kings) / Coghlan's of Kings County
« on: Saturday 04 February 12 23:23 GMT (UK)  »
Greetings from Canada! -- Not sure if anyone can help me on these early dates? 1800's -- My gr.gr.Grandfather Stewart Coghlan, [married to Mary Mitchell] imigrated to Canada, in 1827. In 1843, and 1845, he sent money back to his family in Gillian, P.O. Fairbairn, to help them, then move across into Canada. -- One brother, James and wife Ann [Tone] Coghlan, with possible children of Patrick, Charles, Thomas and John. Another brother, of Stewarts, was Malachy Coghlan, who also came to Canada, in around 1845. -- I'm curious to know, if there's anything that can be found out about this family, in Ireland, before they moved here? --- Stewart, James and Malachy, were the late sons of a Thomas Coghlan, of Parish of Eglish, Kings County. -- thank you for your time. --- Pat
