Any idea what the uniform is. Presume it’s WW1 and my grandfather was in 8th Liverpool Irish Regiment, not sure if it’s him

Downloaded medal card for great uncle Robert Wing who died 3 Sep 1917 when his ship NEGRA was torpedoed in English Channel. Can read the first page ok but some text on second page, I can decipher some of the words but not all.

Found Mary C on 1881 and 1891 census
Whole family in 1911 at 6 Kirk St

Patrick, Mary and 3 of the children should be on 1901
There are pics etc on my tree on ANC (Redmond)

Trying to trace great aunts family in 1901. Checked Ancestry and FindMyPast, no sign of any of the family. They lived in Kirk St Bootle for many years so tried to check address on FindMyPast but no results. Did the street not exist in 1901. Any suggestions welcome
