The Eastern Cape Anglican Church records are held at the Cory Library in Grahamstown as well records for the Methodist, Baptist, Congretional and Catholic Churches. I don't think any of these records are online other than some records that may have been transcribed.

The link below will take you to the Rhodes University Genealogical Section, but unfortunately it seems that you will have either visit the University personally or find a researcher to obtain the records you are looking for.

I had a look at the early directories for Johannesburg and found the following entries:
C H Beart (Curtis & Co.) is listed in the very first General Directory of Johannesburg in 1890 by Edwards,  and later in the 1893 Longland Directory. 

Both C H Beart (Curtis & Co.) and W H Beart (Payne Bros.) are listed in the 1894, 1897, 1898, Longland Johannesburg Directories, and were both clothing retailers and tailors.

The following info is listed in the 1903 Directory:

C H Beart (Curtis & Co.)
P.O. Box 96, Johannesburg
Residence: 70 Wolmarans Str. cnr Banket Str.

W H Beart (Payne Bros)
P.O. Box 1808, Johannesburg
64 Wolmarans Str.

George Beart
P.O. Box 2447, Johannesburg

Goodman, Beart & Co.(Specialists in high grade clothing) was situated in the  Livingstone Building in Rissik Str.

I have a few images of the different businesses (unfortunately not great quality)
and also of the Livingstone Building but they are too large to attach here. If you would like copies I can email them.

The Rietfontein Sick Home also known as the Rietfontein Lazaretto (Tropical Diseases Hospital) is situated in the Linksfield area of Johannesburg. I had a quick look through the Johannesburg Civil registration - Death records on Familysearch which are unfortunately not indexed but managed to find Alfred Gretton's Information of Death and it It appears that he was buried at Rietfontein. You can find a copy of the document here:

I have gone through the Johannesburg Street Directories that I have (1890 - 1905) but unfortunately found no entries for Benningfield/Beningfield at all. There is a Jeppe's Transvaal almanac and directory for 1889 available online here: http://pds.lib.harvard.edu/pds/view/44786820?n=1&imagesize=1200&j... and you could try looking through as it covers some of the smaller towns in the Transvaal.

I checked the images of the register I have and found the entry for your great grandmother as follows:

Because the grave was reopened I checked to see who was else was buried in the grave and found :

You could try the following site to order and buy a copy of the Juta’s 1900 Cape Town Street Directory if it still available:

and if this will help,  I have photographed a few Street Directories of early Johannesburg from 1890 – 1903 and there are a number of LEVY entries for H, Hy, Hyme and the entries specifically for for Henry are as a member of the Stock Exchange.

I have been away so apologies for the late reply. Unfortunately I only have copies of the Brixton Registers from 1910 - 1926. The actual registers are kept at the office at the Braamfontein Cemetery and the Registers for Westpark are kept at the office at Westpark Cemetery.

There is a Cemetery Recording Project on the go and a DVD available to buy, however I have no idea as to whether or not the records from Brixton or Westpark have been captured - here is a link in case you want to make enquiries: http://www.genza.org.za/index.php/en/projects/cemetery-recording/cemetery-recording-dvd.

In a grave register it appears that there are 3 others buried in the plot that has the 2 numbers combined.
