Waterford / Re: Walter Bishop Waterford and Tramore
« on: Thursday 11 December 14 03:32 GMT (UK)  »
Walter Bishop had a few properties, as I have said, I am researching his family.  In the 1901 he is resident with his wife Bridget nee Power in Michael Street Waterford.

His children are registered in  in house 11 Butlerstown North (Kïlloteran, Waterford).

Bishop   Walter   -   -   Head of Family   -
Bishop   Margaret   10   Female   Daughter   Roman Catholic
Bishop   Ellen   7   Female   Daughter   Roman Catholic
Bishop   Elizabeth   6   Female   Daughter   Roman Catholic
Bishop   Michael   2   Male   Son   Roman Catholic.
There are three servants. Walter is his oldest son.
Walter Bishop is named as the land owner. In form B1 also in this form it states in column for number of rooms 4 which is the number for 7, 8 or 9 rooms.  number of winds to the front 9 class of house 1
Walters first wife was Mary Murphy born 1848 died 1889. That is all I have  for the 1901 census.

I'm looking for information on the family of  John Guilfoyle and his wife Winifred Hayden they got married around 1920 and they had a very large family.

I believe that Winifred was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia and lived in Tramore.

Any information  would be very much appreciated.
