England / Finding people through national insurance numbers?

Just a thought... does anyone know whether we're able to ask hmrc to trave a missing person through their national insurance number?

Have you looked into Charles Donahue? Maybe his paperwork would show whether their were children from that marriage. Her parents wills / estate files might show other information as well.
If her sister's children think she was a Jackson what other details do they know about her. Would they know where she lived, whether she had children etc.?
I have done the following with no results:
Masters Portal
Zimbabwe / South African records on familysearch
Eggsa tombstones
The archives - under Jackson, Dawson as well as just Nellie Louisa
Makes me think that she did not die in South Africa.
Just seen previous posts by yourself in which you say she possibly married a Jackson. Where does Dawson fit into the picture?
She would not have a South African Identity number of she was in Rhodesia.
I am starting to get a bit confused here. Did she then divorce Donahue and marry "Dawson"? If so where was that? Where die she die - Rhodesia or South Africa?
According to familysearch she married a Charles Donahue on 4/12/1942 in Repton, Derbyshire. Is this the same person?
Was Dawson her maiden name? If not, what was it?
