According to your tree on FamilySearch he was born on 18 July 1870 in Nysund - Oskar Fredrik Johansson. There is no Fredrik Oscar Andersson born that year in 1870:

This is the same Oskar leaving Nysund 23 March 1893:

He changed his name to Andersson later on. In Sweden the surnames followed the patronymic system back then.
I am assuming that this is the right man of course. It does look to be so.
