Is it possible to do an online search for music hall artists of 1925-1935 working in the Glasgow and London area?

Alexander MacLeod born 1864 married Catherine Clyne in Wick 1886.
I have, thanks to all the help from those at rootschat, loads of info on the Clynes.
I am a bit stuck on Alexander MacLeod. His parents may have been Kenneth McLeod and Isabella Sutherland but I can not cross ref. this with a census check as I cannot find Kenneth or Alexander on the census records I found on the web.
I want to go back in time but cannot until I resolve the parentage of Alexander.
Can anyone assist please? Thanks Sinclair

I want to find marriage dates (first recorded birth 1877), death dates and birth dates of Denis Doherty(dead by 1914) and Bridget Shovelin (alive in 1914). They lived in Upper Drumhallagh, Donegal and had 5 children from 1877-1899.
I have details from the 1901&1911 census and all dates connected with the children.
I want to go back in time but find on line sites for Ireland impenetrable. Can anone assist?
Thanks Sinclair

Maya,
Both parents of James were alive in 1893.

Hi Helen,
I have been to the registry office in Edinburgh and Glasgow several times over the last two years and no sign of any Redpath BMD`s apart from the ones I already know!
And I did search 1837 online.
You can seewhy I am stumped.
I am now looking at Irish records even though this is a very outside chance.

Dear All,
I had another thought regarding the 1906 birth of Joseph Redpath, parents James Redpath and Helen Orr.
As James had been in the Army maybe it was a Barracks birth record.
Does this sound like a possibility?

Maya ,
The family you found on the 1901 census is not the one I seek.
My James was in the Boer War, his wife was Helen Orr, and his son William born 1898,recorded in Newcastle returns for 69 Barrington Street.
Thanks, now I do not have to get the certificate.
