Warwickshire Lookup Requests / Re: 1861-1871 census lookup for Wedgbury in Kenilworth
« on: Wednesday 27 August 14 07:13 BST (UK)  »
Hi, well it's been so long since I have been on this site.  This is my husbands family,  he is not related to the Wedgbury family he is related to Eliza Nixson who first married a William Lee or Lea and then when William died she married Thomas Wedgbury.  His line comes through Elizabeth Lee.  So I am not researching the Wedgbury family, but thank you for offering to help.  Just out of curiosity, which child of Thomas Wedgbury does your husband line come through.

Regards Jacquie.

« on: Friday 11 January 08 13:47 GMT (UK)  »
Can someone  please look up on the 1851 census for a

William Spencer and family.    They are living in the Falkland Arms Great Tew.

I have this number for the census record HO 107/1732/598 if that is of any help.

In the household would be William Spencer

his wife Elizabeth and some children and possibly a son-in-law as well.

Thanks

Regards Jacquie.

Hi,

Can someone please look up for me on the 1841 and 1851 census for a -

Richard Pearce possible 48 in 1841
Sarah Peace possible 35
Joseph Pearce posssible 15 or 10.

Maybe more children.

All should be born in Leintwardine and should be living there in 1841 and 1851.

The census district is listed as Knighton, Leominter, Ludlow, Presteigne for 1841 and Ludlow, Leintwardine on the 1851.  This information I got from the 1901 cenus site.

Richard's occupation is labourer.

Thank you, regards Jacquie.

Hi Suz,

Thank you very much.  I thought it was a bit coincidental there being two David Fisher's who married a Jemima and their children also had the same names.

I rechecked the 1851 census on the 1901 census web site and the family is listed in Staffordshire and Worcestershire.  Unfortunately I don't have credit so I can not bring up the original page.   The original that I have from West Bromwich I got from another site.

Thank you again for looking them up for me.

Regards Jacquie.
