I just red your posting on William Connell,
I am chasing info on a Ann Connell b 1840 some where and travelled to Western Australia don't know when but married Joseph Hooper in Western Australia died in 1866 .
marriage cert has William Connell as the father
Did they have and children

I have been looking up the wrong Joseph Hooper mmmm !!!!!!!
The Joseph Hooper I am chasing was b c1813 and sent out to Western Australia aboard the Edwin Fox in 1858 convict # 5282 and was sentenced in Taunton in 1857
any info would be greatly appreciated?

The Joseph Hooper I am chasing came to Western Australia aboard the EDWIN FOX in 21/11/1858
Convict #5282 and was born C 1813 and sentenced in Taunton he married Ann Connell b 1840 {no other info on her }
Any info on joseph Hooper b c 1813 or Ann Connell would be greatly appreciated

Looks like William Hooper and James Lilley owned a property and William Hooper owned and operated a property ? what does the quantities mean 0.2.18 is that the acreage !!!
Also what year was the title list compiled ?

Im not too sure, the only info I have that Joseph Hooper came across from Gravesend on the TRUSTY in 1842 .
And on the marriage cert is says father William .

I think my Joseph Hooper came over to Western Australia in 1842 on the ship the Trusty as a paid passenger.
I have the marriage cert of Joseph Hooper and Ann Hooper nee Connell that's stats both of there fathers Christian names were William and both farmers .
Ann died young at 26 after giving birth to William and John .
I have info that Joseph worked as a farm labourer in Western Australia and died there in 1899.

Hi this may be a long shot but I am looking for information on a William Hooper father of Joseph Hooper b abt 1805 d 1899 who travelled aboard the "Trusty" from Gravesend to Australind, Western Australia in 1842. Joseph married Ann Connell b 1840 m 1855 d 1866.
They had two children William and John
On the marriage cert of Joseph ,William is noted as being a farmer .
Any info would be greatly appreciated !!!
