Hi Mick

So, while accent, family accounts and police reports indicate that 'Patricia' originated in Ireland the names that she has given don't give any leads at all.

I'm afraid that, for now, she appears to have been too good at covering her tracks.

If you get any more leads then please come back and I shall have another look for you.

Best Of Luck

Tara

Hi Tara
Sorry if I seemed to have disappear but have been very busy and haven't had the opportunity to get back to you.
Unfortunately the only person I knew with any physical contact with this woman passed away a 18 months ago. She was my birth mother. I am currently visiting the town where my birth mother lived and died and hope to make contact with one of her three children to her husband. In the mean time I have the following names that this woman used as alias's;
She first came to the Australian police's notice in October 1925 as Mary Irene Hough. between 1925-28  she was known as Patricia Irene Hough. In 1928 she married and was known as Patricia Irene Anderson. She also used the following combinations of names;Mary Fielding, Margret Anderson but the Anderson probably is derived from her husband. Irene Thompson, Patricia Armstrong. Though her husband also used Armstrong as an alias.

So I think any combination of these names but excluding Anderson may be her real name.

Thanks
Wahbi

Hi
I understand that it isn't easy, I just feel sorry for you that you can't get the info you want and that I just can't come over and help you out.
So don't worry I will help until you get the info.

Anyway have you got the images yet?

Also have you managed to see the info on:

Ian

Sorry Ian, I have been able to down load the files. I asked a moderator what DropBox was he sent me a link for a free down load and then I was able to reach the files. Thanks so very much for your patience.

I have a question you may be able to answer, Jenny Amalia paid some $200 crown when she placed Joseh up for adoption. I don't know but that seems to me to be a serious amount of money for those times, is this correct?

No I just received them via email. I can't find where to go to your invitation to use drop box. Sorry but I am a complete amateur when it comes to navigating through sites like this. I don't know where or how to look for dropbox.
