Hi my grandmother winnifred Elizabeth collier laverdiere married may 1 1920 Toronto  Vincent Victor laverdiere
They had 12 children. Resided in stayner and barrie Ontario Canada.  It was very cool finding your post.

I am the granddaughter of Winnifred Elizabeth Collier (LaVerdiere). She married Vincent LaVerdiere 1920-1974 Toronto Canada.  She had 12 children (my mother was youngest girl  Edna Victoria (Straughan)  in Barrie Ontario Canada.
12 children were:
Judith LaVerdiere (Johnson) 1920-1985,5 children
Marjory Selina LaVerdiere (Ball),1921-1974,  4 children
John Alfred "Jack" LaVerdiere  1923-1991   5 children
Rosa Ruth Amy LaVerdiere ( Spanis) 1925- 1989 4 children
Dorothy Florence LaVerdiere ( Gillespe) 1927-2006-5 children
Lois Joan LaVerdiere (Foisy) 1929 died 2004-1 child
Mrytle Catherine LaVerdiere(Straughan) 1930-2015- 2 children
William Henry Laverdiere 1931-1984-2 children
Marie LaVerdiere (Scott),1933-20??- 3 children
(*)-alive-5 children
Edna Victoria Laverdiere (Straughan) 1939-2009- 3 children

We know my Great Grandmother Selena (Sims)Collier originated in the UK born 1868-1933
Selena's parents,Fredrick Henry Sims and Eliza Simms (Waite) both born in England. Croydon England.
How are we related to the UK side of the family :)  Cousins?
