Dear Elizlloyd
Thanks so much for your prompt reply.
The main question is do you have proof ie paperwork that William Clark  married Hannah Wilson?  in 1814?  I ask because someone descended from Elizabeth contacted me two days ago having seen my tree on Ancestry.
I am a guest of a member and so can't see what others post but believe there is a document relating to that on there.

I haven't done work on the Clark family for several years and all I did then was concentrate on Alice 1820-1864 and didn't go back beyond that.  Oh and I did work on one of her brothers Robert who went to Australia as that tied in with other work I was doing.
Some years ago I was put in touch with a descendent  of Ann and have lots of emails from him but haven't
ploughed through them or added them to my tree.

In a nutshell what info do you have?  I was sent a link yesterday on how to send a private message in
which I guess I could put my email but haven't studied that and am nervous of trying new things!
Perhaps you can send me a private message if you have attachments etc and hope I can work out how to access.
Inhaste - best wishes Jill

Thanks Ladyhawk I did reply but don't think it's worked!
Good to know I'll be sent an email if reply.
I'm new to this site so struggling somewhat trying to find where to reply or how to!

I have just seen your posting (and replies) and am interested as you say you are compiling a history of the
Clark family of Thrintoft.  I am descended from ALICE CLARK born 1820 died 1864 daughter of
William Clark and Hannah.
You asked for info on marriage of Ann Clark to Francis Watson but I note you have been given this info.

I don't know if Roots chat sends me an email if you (or anyone) replies and understand it's
not recommended to give out  a personal email

Someone helped me put some details of Alice on Ancestry I am a guest so can't see or access
a tree.  I believe someone has posted the marriage of William to Hannah Wilson.

Best wishes
Jill

I googled Evan John Rowlands and came across this site - I am descended from Thomas Rowlands one of the three brothers from Caio to the Rhondda.  I have posted lots of info on Ancestry for my line.
I would love to receive a copy of Kubla's booklet on Moses' sister Mary - that is not my side and
since not only surnames but christian names repeat themselves I am totally lost with the Moses
names!  Is he one of the three brothers ie my Thomas's brother?

I am new to this site so am unclear how to send a private message ie for receipt, hopefully,
of the booklet.  Would love copies of the two articles referred to on welsh newspapers online
as previously I have tied myself in knots trying to find info there.
with thanks Jill Rowland

Hi Dave,
I am looking for the burial of James Edgar died Old Cathcart in 1874. His wife Jean nee Smith died about 1842 or at least between 1841 and 1851. Would be interested if there is a gravestone for this family. Thanks for your help.
