Would anyone be able to shed some light on my ancestors first wife?

Here’s an excerpt from baptism records which mentions Sarah Oddie is his 2nd wife.

My limited knowledge research suggests first wife was

Thomas Deaves born 1759 died 1832
First wife? Sarah Green born 1732 died 1789

they were married 10th nov 1788.

Would anyone have a link to a death cert / birth cert?

Baptism: 7 Sep 1795 St Nicholas, Liverpool, Lancs.
Richard Frederick Deaves - Son of Thomas Deaves & Sarah (formerly Oddie), his 2nd Wife

Hi, not sure if the ins and outs, my dad Bryan and his sister were born birmingham, along with their parents, but their grandparents ran a guest house in Margate , I visited in the early 80s. My dads family then relocated to Margate but they all came back up to Bham in the early 60s

Good evening , how would I find out if my grandad Stanley Frank Deaves bn 01/06/1910 served in WW2? Sadly both my parents are now dead and I have no other relatives to ask, I never recall my dad talking about it, my grandad would have been 30 ish during the war so would he not have been eligible? Or would he have had some other role? I’m sad to say I don’t even know what he did for a job, I think I recall my dad saying he was a tool setter ? Would there be some official war records on him?

Thank you so much for checking the information , can I’m happy to pay for your time or make a donation to a charity close to your heart for your efforts today.

We will be laying some flowers at the mass grave in Ledbury on Saturday and having a memorial made in the summer for Lily

What age was given for William on the marriage certificate?  Could he have been younger than her and she wanted to appear nearer to his age?

I have a female relative who knocked ten years off her age when she married.

Lily 26
William 25

Do we know the name(s)  of the family children that died ?

My partner had a thought that Annie Elizabeth could have been a child that died?

I think what you have is an error by the doctor with regard to her age on the death certificate.  Not an uncommon occurrence.  Perhaps he didn't check her asylum notes for her age, who knows........

Everything else ties up with her being Annie/Lily Green nee Coley.

I wouldn't worry too much about the age discrepancy.  This would tend to occur when the person recording the death wasn't positive about the age of the deceased and therefore made a guess.

I would imagine quite a number of incorrect ages at death are due to the fact that it was not a family member registering the death.  Having said that, even family members can get an age wrong   ::)

And the other discrepancy

She was 26 when she married William green in 1927

Meaning she was born in 1901

😂😂🤯
