I cannot see how to make a fact about person A to make it a shared fact with person B, in particular I am trying to link place of residence.

I generally use FTM on windows but am spending more and more time on my Android Tablet or chrome book and wondered if there are any decent Android programmes or anything which will run on a chrome book.

Thank;, on a slightly different question.

I notice that when I linked the picture to a person the photo's details still point to it's original location on my PC, naively I had assumed that all photos etc were subsumed into the FTM file rather than having to make sure I saved my photos separately.

Is there a setting to ensure that all the database is automatically saved to one place?

Sorry I should have made it clear that I am using FTM2017.

I was trying to up date a profile and added a number of photos in error and cannot see how to remove them.

They are as shown below:

I have just added a lot of residence details for someone who moved around a lot.

Is there a quick way of copying this data to other family members who lived at the same addresses or do I have to repeat all the data manually?

I am now trying the free version of Legacy but when I try and import the GEDCOM file from My Family Tree the Legacy program comes up with a list of unrecognised items. Does anyone have a translation list for these so I can map them into Legacy.

The items are:

_BGRO
_FDTE
_FNME
_FRTG
_HCOL
_LECL
_RECL
