Hi Adrian,

I realize this is an old string, but I just became aware of it.  William Henry Cook was my great uncle and I have various photos and documents regarding him and his service in WWII, including his flight log book, a few medals he was awarded posthumously (I assume), as well as an airmail letter that the wife of the captain of his plane wrote to my great grandmother.
