I wasn't telling you off, all the info you require is in the past discussions. I am tired of answering questions that have already been asked and answered. Please end this discussion PLEASE!

Have you read any of the past discussions? He went to school in Winsley, Wiltshire.
I don't know the name of the school.

You know I feel we are just going around and around. Ann was a great grand mother she took in James H in 1871. And I feel there was a strong connection to Fred, as she took him in also.  I mean she took him all the way to Canada. But why? So I feel at this time all the questions that can be asked have been asked and now we are down to guessing games. So lets give it a rest. I appreciate all your work and know that I have done all my homework also. Thank you All very much.

Maddening, I just had a theory but cancelled it on my self. I was thinking Emily had the baby (who knows who the father was) in Battersea. Ann went up to Battersea and brought the baby back to live with her in Winsley. But if Emily was the mother why were they taking him to Canada? I don't know why!!  Is there any way we can get the death certificate for Emily? If you get the department I can send for it.

That Emily was born in Yorkshire, not Winsley, Wiltshire

I forgot to say that's great you found a relative in Annie MacFarlane. Small world isn't it?

Okay, I do apologize for my comment. I think Emily and Ann were both Baptized on the same day 25 May 1856. The passenger list with the noted Wife beside Emily made me wonder also. I just think that they were in such a hurry to go that they put Wife beside Emily because it would proper have Fred with them. Again Sorry for the comment.
