Or if you are on facebook I could send them via Messenger so we don't have to put our email addresses onto rootschat?  Ian

Hi.  I can share the Ackinclose (UK and USA) tree that I have with you.  It will come as a largish pdf and word document, so can I email it to you?  It includes people who are alive so I don't want to put it onto the rootschat site.

regards

Ian

Hi Barbara.  I have this Ackinclose family in my tree as well, via the marriage of my relative Mary Duxfield to William Ackincloss.  I say marriage although I have never found one.  They had 7 children including Robert who emigrated to the US.  Are you connected to them through Robert's wife Susannah, I think I saw the name Foster in your list of names.   I would happily share what I have found on them in case we can fill in any gaps.  Regards.  Ian

Hi.  My first post on rootschat!  This link takes you to an aerial photograph in 1929.  You can see a little of Moorfield from above at least. [url][/https://britainfromabove.org.uk/en/image/EPW026653].  Looking at the left hand side of the frame, Moorfield is the third house from the top.  Picture EPW026652 shows the same houses from a slightly different angle.  There are quite a few other shots of the gosforth area.
